So what’s this about?  Essentially a primer for docs in Canada about to be shafted by the government and looking at ways to work in the US.  Having gone this route, it seemed like a good idea to place my experiences on the web.  While my experience is specific to my situation, the hope is that the back ground to the picture can be a template for other docs in search of a remedy.

Disclosure – I am not a shill for immigration lawyers or firms – at least not overtly.  I do not have shares, investment or controlling interest in any immigration firms or medical clinics in the US.  The maxim is knowledge is power so drink deep of the pernian spring – though this will be bitter medicine to some
